Just in case some of you might have missed it, Sandro Gauci released an updated version of his SIP hacking tool, SIPVicious on June 23, 2010. SIPVicious was written in python and can be used on Linux, Windows, FreeBSD 6.2 and Mac OS X.
The latest release include a new tool entitled "svcrash.py" which is intended to be used against unauthorized svwar.py and svcvrack.py attacks on IP PBX's using SIP that are exposed to the Internet. I have enjoyed using the SIPVicious tools suite and if you are interested in trying it yourself, check it out at this link.
Enjoy!
