There are many aspects of generated calls that can be identified as spam. I feel that the call center order taking side or the inbound side of call centers don't experience this kind of generated calls. My frustration is that some of the outbound services are in the business to make fraudulent claims and get people caught in scams.

Contact centers probably won't see a lot of SPAM, but will see TDoS and call pumping.
